I placed an order for delivery, only to find out after a prolonged wait of more than 1.5 hours that you do not deliver to my area. This was not only inconvenient but also disheartening, as the information should have been communicated upfront when I placed the order.
Moreover, when I tried to address this issue with a manager, the call was abruptly dropped, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. It's disheartening to experience such poor customer service, especially when seeking assistance from a manager.
I believe it's crucial for businesses to uphold transparency and communicate any limitations, such as delivery areas, to customers before accepting orders. Additionally, dropping calls during customer interactions only adds to the frustration and reflects poorly on the overall customer experience.

The call and collect service has on many occasions been a call and wait to collect situation. Yesterday i ordered 3 pizzas. Small seafood, four in one, chicken and mayo macon. When i came to collect the seafood pizza was not made. I was told by the women who took my order that she forgot about that 1 and perhaps didnt undertsand. We are very dissapointed as we order at least twice a week from the Lenasia South Romans. You have to constantly repeat your order and this has become the norm at this store. The Tellers and staff at the back appear to get very entertained when you go inn and complain. They forget that it's our support as customers that pays their salaries. The atmosphere is almost, if not worst than our local Government Offices and remember this is suppose to be a food outlet.
