Called to place an order for delivery, spoke to a guy named Wandile ( that is if it's his real name), spent 8 minutes giving him my details and having to repeat myself as he was not concentrating. He took my order and confirmed that he captured all the details yet he did not have my address.. Had to ask him where were they going to deliver, only then he bothered to jot down my address. It's 2 hrs 30 min later and there is no pizza delivered.

I would suggest that you train your staff and inform them that they must not waste our time and airtime.

I got a really poor attitude from a lady by the name of Ntombi she was busy dancing instead of taking out my order the Cashier Happiness asked her how far was my order she threw a Tantrum to Happiness and she said I will have to wait and started dancing again then a man that works there came to assist me and Happiness and I feel sorry for Happiness being shouted at for me and I think that lady Ntombi is fit to be a Bottle girl and not a Restaurant worker.
