Roman's Pizza Rosettenville — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am in disgust with the staff and the delivery driver from this branch,I ordered x3 large pizzas as well as x1 2 litre Pepsi .

The driver arrives with just the pizzas without the Pepsi he then says he will come back to deliver the cold drink that was at 14:00 PM,till now he hasn’t gotten back the time is 18:45 PM.

We have called him several times at least more than 5 times he’s either answering and saying he’s coming or not responding to our calls,I actually ventured to calling the branch itself to find out what is actually going on we need service.

Everytime I call them they either say they will call me back or hang up the call whilst I’m explaining about my order.

I called numerous time to a point where they ended up engaging the line so that I don’t get through to them.

What level of service is this Roman’s Pizza even after the recent trending stories about the franchise ,I looked past that and ordered only to get this service,I am immensely disappointed and disgusted as to how you treat your customers,the staff members are incompetent and most definitely ignorant this is a daylight scam cause I paid for my drink and now someone can’t deliver as promised.

I called Romans pizza rosettenville yesterday around 18:33 to make an order, I ordered small chicken pineapple and chicken supreme. Was told my order will arrive in 45mins. The driver called at 19:08 to tell me he is on the way, I received my order from a very friendly driver ,got inside the house only to realise that I received one wrong order. Called the restaurant at 19:45 to let them know and I was told all drivers are out they will call me back, waited for the phone call till I called again at 20:05 and I was told they will fix the order as the store close at 21:00.
