After numerous failed attempts to reach you via landline and customer care line, we were left with no choice as to reach out via email.
When I enquired about our order, which was the first time this year I was able to get hold of you, I was told our order was dispatched for delivery the next day.
No confirmation was received. The assistant that I spoke with, said that she was told to tell us that the order has been dispatched,(which we have not received.) should we call to enquire. She was also unable to explain why our emails went unanswered.
We find the poor customer service and lack of communication extremely frustrating.
We even tried ordering bigger quantities in an attempt to avoid having to go through frustration on a monthly basis.

Could rather buy individual branded items. Some items on website is no longer available. I asked what do u mix in the batter, the response was it's on the bag. But u not allowed to see this product to read ingredients and method.

Besides the wait, the system sucks - go up to sales office and place order. Then you are sent down to wait in your car for over an hour. Once the product comes you are required to go back up to sales office to do payment... i mean really , are their jobs to inconvenience people?
