Steers Drive Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

I could give this drive-thru zero stars, I would. The staff showed little attention to detail from start to finish. At the ordering point, the cashier rushed through our order, and when we asked her to confirm it at the payment window, she was dismissive and still got it wrong. Despite the mistake, there was no apology. When we collected our food, we discovered that essentials like straws, serviettes, and condiments were missing. We ordered the bacon and cheese burger but one of the burgers were missing the bacon. The entire experience felt rushed and careless. Unfortunately, this reflects very poor customer service. The cashier on duty, Manganyi Khululeko, in particular, would benefit from further training in professionalism and customer service. I will not be returning to...

Absolutely Shocking Service at the Drive-Thru

I'm completely disappointed with my experience tonight. After a long day, the last thing you want is for your takeaway order to be a total disaster, but that's exactly what happened. I went through the drive-thru and ordered three burger meals.

When I got home, I discovered they'd completely messed up the order. Instead of three meals, there were only two burgers in the bag along with the three portions of chips. An entire burger was missing from my order. It's unbelievable that a core part of a meal can just be left out.
