Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered at 1438 via the call,it's 1840 now I haven't received my order. I understand it month end so the store is busy but I am disappointed to what they did after I tried calling them on the number. They took my call and continued with their job and never said anything to me. I could hear them literally calling out orders(giving people their orders)at store in the background, it's like they were tired of the ringing phone hence they answered and just left it like that. God I hate myself now because that was supposed to be our supper with the kids but now...

Placed a online order and paid for the order online at 19:31. Drove from my work to the Steers where I arrived at 19:36. There was a whole crowd of customers waiting for their orders.

Normally at other branches by the time I get there the food is ready to go but here I had to wait until 20:15 when I eventually recieved my food.

44 minutes just to make 1 wacky Wednesday special?

Shocking service, takes 3 hours to get a successful delivery with staff inept to cope with basic communications. Give up and try another business - best try something you know. Food cold and just a waste of time and expense. Our order was handed to the next door neighbours...come on Steers Why not ask for order number on handover....? I'd not given then do not hand over.
