This is by far the worst steers delivery service, not only steers but even the Debonairs at Engen Thembisa are so incompetent, they always deliver wrong orders and the efforts to correct the mistakes is below zero, they will give you attitude and treat you like it’s your fault that your order is missing, just today I received wrong items, I ordered at 12:07 received my delivery at 13:20 then they still brought me wrong items at 17:14 , no effort , zero customer service , zero communication, unprofessional employees, I’m So disappointed and to think my orders are always above 300 I will never order...

Steers Thembisa personnel do not properly check the orders before delivery. I experienced twice short deliveries and efforts to receive the rest of the orders were fruitless. I have been using my airtime, going through hold-on. on both cases they say my case has been escalated but no one called me back. Until to date I lost short deliveries and more R100 airtime. I order a quarter chicken and I was told they're busy cooking and I must wait for 30 minutes. That was at 19H45 and it's now 20H30 still waiting. No update whatsoever as to how far is my order. This is not happening for the first time, it's a repeated issue over and over. Staff doesn't seem to care or bother at all. This is really a bizarre service, it's unacceptable at all.
