I have placed orderon the steers app at Dobsonville mall they took money and told me I will receive my order around 20:30, their app it's acting, decided to call the store and they told me that my order it's out for delivery. I called back as I waited again and I spoke to a Lady called Mosetsana I asked her if she could track my order and she just replied and said OK, I asked her that how can you say okay your not asking me for my details or check my order that's when she took my numbers and check my order. I went there to buy my favorite steers burger. I must say ver disgusting and disappointed in the manner of them preparing customer food. No hygiene. The lady was preparing burger bare hands. She was literally using hands from lettuce. Tomato cheese and those beef Patty. As if that was not enough. She dropped a packet of chips on the floor. Instead of throwing that away.
