Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

Placed an order online last night, 2 hours go by no delivery. After failure with telephonically, decided to head down to the restaurant to check where my order was. Arrogant driver said he did deliver the food, told him no he hasn't as we have cameras, and no one was there for delivery. Driver didn't even try to phone me. The Manager wasn't helpful either. I explained to him my situation. He just says he will make me a new order. Not sorry or anything. It costed me my petrol and a big argument. Did take this up with Head office as well. When I received the food. The Chips were old and the burgers...

I had the pleasure in dealing with a rude cashier chewing gum not even taking the time to look at me whilst I was placing my order.

As if that was not enough I waited an hour for my order to be called out. The owner of the business walking in and out of his shop not ones apologizing for the delay.

Got home and had the great experience to have a cold burger.

You would think that on payday, loadshedding and wacky Wednesday that you would be better prepared. This was an absolute horrible experience. You will sure as hell never...

The food has always been good. The service by Abdul is next level though. I once had an issue where the wrong burgers were delivered. It was at night and he sent the driver with the correct order without any extra fees or complications as soon as I contacted them. That is besides all the other times that him or the staff have went the extra mile
