Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

Long story short, we ordered 2 wacky Wednesday's online and asked for 2 burgers without garnish. Wife went to pick it up and came home with 4 burgers without garnish. went back to the store with her to fix it and the manager on duty (10Feb night rotation i can't remember his name) was really helpful he corrected the complaint immediately and had a great attitude! He even said ill see you guys again tommorow and your always welcome to come back.

In my past experience as a manager i must say this steers has always gone the extra mile to assist, with the management and owner involved. Even when other franchises couldn't accommodate me they where more than happy to help and that's more than enough for me to...

Went to Steers, today, at Spar Centre, Sutherland. Because of load shedding, we couldn’t use stove & they had power. Anyway, wanted to order four 1/4 chickens, leg parts. The Receptionist, very friendly & helpful, checked with the chef & he said he only had two, & only one whole chicken. They weren’t busy, I was told, after enquiring why insufficient stocks. How is that possible, in a popular outlet such as as Steers, knowing too, that more people would be coming for takeaways because of the load shedding? Disappointing 😩.
