As someone who has worked in the service industry for a few years, I am not here to demean or insult anybody but rather here to give advice so they can make the dine in experience more enjoyable as i see most of the complaints are about service. The ladies are still young and seem new to the industry and that is perfectly okay, we all start somewhere and we learn and grow over time. Firstly the restaurant urgently needs to invest in candles that keep the flies away as they can become quite an annoyance. Secondly, tables need to be greeted asap and sat down with menu's, we waited a solid 10 minutes for our order to be taken. A simple "hi my name is, ill be serving you today" would be perfect. Thirdly, service is the most important, you need to check on your tables and watch for when their drinks get low. We did not get checked on once, had to look for our waiter every time we needed something and spent about 10 minutes trying to open a bottle because we werent provided with an opener. As a waiter you need to always carry an opener in your apron or open the bottles that arent twist offs before bringing them to your tables. As a server, you have to prioritize making your customers feel relaxed and taken care of. Asking them how their meal is, asking if they need a refill on drinks is a great place to start. Always be friendly, willing to help and enthusiastic, your tips will become much better. Fourthly, you need to be knowledgeable on the menu, you need to know about the different ingredients, what juices and cooldrink options you have, and also let your customers know about specials, guests will always have questions. Studying the menu will help you greatly or working a kitchen shift. On a more positive note the pizzas were absolutely devine, we ordered the deli deluxe and it was definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted, our friend ordered a toasted sandwich and although he said it was tasty the portion was tiny, also found it quite strange that Lays were a side option instead of fresh chips. Lastly whoever is replying to the reviews needs to give better feedback as opposed to just thanking them for their review. Listen to your complaints and take them as an opportunity to grow as a restaurant and take this as an opportunity to train the staff better. There are gluten free, diabetec and keto options...
