Nando's Grassy Park Drive Thru — Restaurant in Grassy Park

I had my worst Nandos experience yesterday at this Nandos. I placed an order on the app for collection and was informed my food would be ready to collect @ 18:15. I arrived at around 18:25 and was informed by the lady handing out orders, they are just waiting on the corn and it would be an additional 10min. No problem, I take my seat and wait, but at this point I noticed the bag which is to be my order. After around 5min, the lady then disappeared to the staff room, along with all staff except one chef on the grill. At this point the store is filled with people waiting on their orders. A male then returns around 10min later and starts handling the orders. I follow up with my order with him. I dont get a response, but he tells the chef he "needs 2 legs", which I thought meant he was still waiting on the chicken for my order. I sit back down, but I am noticing people who placed their order after me being served in store and in the drive thru. I follow up with the guy again and I am finally told there is no corn and I should pick a different side.

In all the time I was sitting there, I saw no food being added to my bag and expressed my concern that the food in the bag would be cold. The guy then quickly fries some chips and add it to my bag. Nevermind, the cold chicken and garlic rolls in the bag.

Why is it whenever I ask for extra sauce, I never get it, i tell the lady at the till its not on the slip, she say its on the slip that the kitchen staff get but every single time I get home no extra sauce! The last time I asked the lady who shouts your number: extra sauce she says yes, but I know she’s lying so I ask can I have some more please, she tells some story about having to ask her manager, so I said I will pay for it if its a problem but no I can’t pay for extra sauce, so she takes my chicken disappear for a while and brings back my chicken saying the manager said its fine for extra sauce. Can u believe when I get home, wragtie waa!!! no freakin extra sauce!!🤬 and that sisi everytime say yes there is extra sauce on. What the hell must one do to get just a blimen extra scoop of sauce? Like I said I will pay for it. I come in there atleast once a week, and everytime i mus pray there will be extra sauce on, no man...

Nandos Grassy Park. Absolute POOR service for the 3rd time. I go the at 17.40 and stand at the window to place my order. But there is nobody there and there is no sign that the driver thru is closed.I hooted 5 times and knocked on the window. I call to the branch but my is forwarded to the call center that tells me maybe I must go inside instead of the drove thru. I would have done that if there was a sign saying the drive thru was closed. I then ride to where I have to collect my order then the 1 staff member says they don't have enough staff. I ask for the manager she comes and tells me she going to come take my order. I give her my order then she tells me to ride around to the drive thru to pay.
