KFC Mamaila Mall — Restaurant in Greater Letaba Local Municipality

It’s horrible how we are treated at this kfc time and again, and when u try to talk the manager becomes rude and impatient

Today I ordered sweet chill twister and a cappuccino , I got to the collecting point they tell me I must wait they fixing the cuppucino machine They then give me classic instead of sweet chill I ordered , wen returning I showed the manager,he ddnt bother to say anything back to me he just took the sweet chill and continued with his duties ,I had to pay for another one ,I then asked if any1 is going to apologise he still refused to speak to me and asked the cashier to apologise instead…...

The staff at the drive through is very rude, they didn’t want me to make separate orders they insisted on having one order or for me to have separate orders I should finish paying the 1st order then pay and collect and go to the queue again for another order, again the one who gives food refused to give me tomato sauce and just gave me my orders in a rude manner by...

They cannot handle high influx of orders and somewhat think cutting corners and compromising food prep to move faster is the answer.

Burnt oil smell on meat. Half cooked chips Burger bun so dry, the greens not fresh, Burger as if it was put together by a 5 year old with sauces soaking the entire bun.

Less attentive to orders and just gives you whatever they think...
