After being seated, we had to wait for a long time for drink orders to be taken. By then we were ready for our food orders as well. Eventually some of our drinks made their way to different tables before reaching us and by now other people were offered these drinks.
The chocolate milkshake was more like chocolate milk. The filter coffee was one of the worst cups of coffee I have had in a long time and tasted like it was brewed the day before.
At last our meals arrived and we were extremely underwhelmed by the quality and taste for the prices they charge. The beef burger patty was black on the one side, buns were stale and my chicken was raw. We didn't even receive enough cutlery and had to wait to ask for more.
Eventually we were able to draw the attention of one of the waiters to the raw chicken, who then removed the plate. By the time the new chicken burger arrived, the rest of my party had finished eating. Again time was wasted waiting on cutlery.
When we received our bill, we were overcharged for the poor quality coffee. By now we were still awaiting the manager to come see us...
Overhearing our conversation about the terrible experience, we were bombarded by one of the managers with excuses who tried to play on our emotions with her "sweet talk".
We will never be back and I will never recommend...

Unfortunately half of our family became ill the next day,believed to be food contamination.We were 16 and 7 of us fell ill.It was the worst experience for all of us.Obviously something went wrong with the food.I was on sickleave for 2 days.All of us more or less fell ill at the same time, same symptoms. I made contact with the Management and informed them about the incident but to my disappointment the owner denied liability at all cost.Avoiding responsibility was a huge concern and the response time to the matter took her 3 days..? After 5 days management sent me a message asking me to email the owner directly? because they forgot to inform her.?...she never tried to make contact only sent a wattsapp message....case closed# I'm sorry it had to end in a review like this, i would never in a million years give negative feedback about someone unless it really disturbed me as a customer/client Hope it could have worked out...

Our food was served before we had any knives or forks. We had to ask for that and also had to wait awile while our food got cold. When I asked for woestersous and tabasco sause we received a small holder of sweet chilli sause. We could not wait anylonger and started to eat we only received the sause when we almost finished our food. We were a big group there where no numbers on the tables so the waiters had to shout out witch order was available to find the person who placed the order- totally unprofesional. If you drive a 5star place you have to train your staff to keep your standards. Negative feedback does not have to be bad, it only means there is place for improvements. But I will also like to give something positive exept of the delicious food, the place is very neat and tidy, lovely atmosphere and kids love it. I will recommend this place, but the waiters need...
