I have lived in Thornhill my how life, and have never experienced better owners than Jonathan and his wife. They have made the Thornhill hotel an amazing beautiful place by adapting to the times and caring for everyone from the locals, people the hotel serve and even the dogs they rescue. It is truly a unique place. The food is amazing and you can't get it cheaper anywhere else in the Eastern Cape. The service is fast and perfect. I truly recommend The Thornhill Hotel to anyone that passes by or looking for a place for a drink and a meal. Massive respect to the hotel for all that they are doing. After an amazingly challenging 14km hike at Crossways we popped in at the Thornhill Hotel for some well deserved nourishment, and a game of Springboks V Wallabies 😁 The atmosphere was awesome!
