I am writing this review with a heavy heart and a great deal of disappointment. My recent visit to Bird and Co. in Tiffiny was, without exaggeration, one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful experiences I have ever had.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude and obnoxious. I was simply hoping to get my food and leave as quickly as possible, but the staff made that impossible.

The most egregious part of this entire ordeal was the blatant and unprofessional behavior of the employees. They were speaking to each other in a different language, which I fully understand. They assumed I was ignorant and proceeded to openly judge and make fun of me. They mocked my respectful tone and made me the subject of their cruel conversation while I was just sitting there, a paying customer.

I had to sit and listen to them laughing at my expense, all while maintaining a facade of customer service. The entire time, I was looking directly at them, and they either didn't care or were too arrogant to notice. It was a deeply humiliating and infuriating feeling.

This is not about a simple mistake with an order; this is about fundamental human decency. The staff at Bird and Co. created a hostile and discriminatory environment. I would have preferred slow service or bad food over being treated with such contempt and mockery.

I will never return to this establishment and I strongly advise others to reconsider spending their money at a place where the staff feels it is appropriate to belittle and ridicule their customers. A truly shocking and...

I recently visited the Bird & Co branch at Tiffany Centre and, unfortunately, it was a real letdown. I ordered the deboned chicken, which arrived not deboned at all. On top of that, I also ordered the grilled chicken strips and slaw—honestly, the chicken strips were so thin it felt like a complete rip-off. The portion size and quality just didn’t match what I’ve come to expect from Bird & Co.

Absolutely Pathetic service!! I usually go to the branch in Ballito but decided to give this one a try. While waiting in line another customer decided to cut past me. The cashier, Khetiwe did nothing about it besides exchange a weird look!!!! The cashiers need to trained! The food not so grand also!
