Cheyenne Spur — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Wow.. What a terrible service we received.. Waited for 30 minutes for our drinks order and when I called for a manager I continue to wait up until I stood up to look for her and I was told she would come I continued to wait when she eventually came she was quick to just say sorry and wouldn't allow me to express myself I had to ask her to hang on so that I can voice my problems, we ordered spar letter we were told the machine has a gas problem, we ordered a steak with Avocado and we were told they don't have it, we ordered chops, they did not have them.. Eventually a manager took over our table who later told us there will be further delays as they are having issues with gas.. When my order finally arrived my meat was not cooked enough😳 I am definitely Never...

Hi My name is Angel .....Today I have experienced such a low low service before I even asked what time they are closing ...thats was 18h35 and they closed at 19h00 ...The lady told me the Doors are closing at 18h30 ...of which is nor written on the doors and online .....came there very hungry and highly craving since am pregnant.....Please have this resolved cos it's very confusing n frustrating as customers ....This means all rating customers inside are being told to eat fast because they want to go home ....I don't know ....please do revert to me with feed back ....I believe doors are supposed to...

I was extremely dissapointed by the service ! What poor service .. i am a long time Spur customer but what i experienced in Spur Mega city was the worst of its kind .

Order took plus 40 minutes to arrive .. and it was not even captured correctly .

Only to find out that someone confused my order - some one thought i said beef burger whilst i said Rib buger , so only then was it prepared after 40mins waiting ✋.. waiter only decided to come and double check which burger u order after 30mins of patiently waiting .

Plus i was given an incorrect menu from the start ! --- i give up ! ...
