Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Service is absolute terrible ,I placed my order at 18:30pm and was told it will take 20 minutes to d delivered, I waited over an hour for delivery, trying making contact with the store and number was engaged I then tried the call centre to get through, pizza only came afterwards, when I checked my order the chicken on the pizza was dry n stale. I den complained, n took a drive to return it, when we get there the manageress has a filthy attitude and ask dumb questions to us and refuse to exchange the pizza or even refund she lied that she was trying to make arrangements with her boss n other staff that worked there over half an hour, only after making noise with her she den made us a fresh pizza and asked us not to support the business again, which I think the owner needs to know, cause I'm surprised why the owners doesn't wonder why business is quite, Staff should b changed also trained well to...

Horrible customer service. I did make a mistake when ordering pizza once, however I pleadee with the store to change the order. They refused to change the order saying "you made a mistake and the order has already been made" which indirectly sounded like "it's not our problem". I was even willing to pay for the correct pizza and they could've kept the incorrect one, which was already paid for. I don't recommend this store at all. Really poor customer service. Hi I will never buy Debonairs pizza from Bayview again firstly my order took 1 hour and 20 minutes to come after calling the second time, then when I received my order I ordered the 2 large pizza for R150 1 creamy chicken, and 1 sweet and sour rib the filling was so less I could even count the prices of rib and chicken that u put in the pizza, then after calling u guys you'll told me you'll will call me back, you'll called me back only to tell me that next time when I order I must order extra filling because that is why you'll sell add ons.
