Visited your store yesterday morning was so disappointed. As the cashier explained, I was there 3rd customer in the store. No change in the till, everyone scrambling around for change and the manager could not be bothered. I asked whether they don't have sufficient float to work with, I was told no, they run out every day. No apologies for the wait, just a rude attitude of who am I to ask. Then received my order from the same Manager, she read my slip and still gave me the incorrect order. I had to tell her that it was not correct. Terrible experience. Ordered online for delivery and after 1.5 hours of no pizza, and phoning the call centre 5 times I had to drive to the store to demand a refund. The call centre said they didnt have a direct line to the store so couldnt find out where the pizza was. When I eventually got hold of the store,they kept saying they were trying to get hold of the driver but this could not have been true. When I got to the store for my refund no one seemed to care that I had been waiting for ONE AND A HALF HOURS for my pizza....

Ordered online and got our pizzas an hour and a half later. The most shocking part is that they actually served us raw dough, not even parcooked but completely raw as if they just made sure the cheese is melted. There was hardly toppings on the pizza and a paper thin base which makes it even harder to believe they could give us raw dough since it wouldn't need much cooking. Complained via call centre and still waiting for manager to call us back. We use our hard-earned money to pay for completely inedible food....
