KFC New Germany — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Stores delivery services are horrendous. Placed an order at 7:20pm to get a call from the store first saying there is a issue with the chicken they have they only have certain cuts which is fine then get told the order is ready for collection when I told the manager it was for delivery she then said the driver left without our order . Then told her she should contact the driver. She called back saying she can't find a driver. She will phone back again. I have been in contact with head office regarding the terrible customer service recieved from this store. The manager called back for a 3rd time saying there's no drivers almost 2 hours after the order has been canceled by head office. I highly recommend against...

Rudest manager I've ever came across in all pinetown kfc outlets, arrived to collect an order and she went on A 3 minute tantrum mind you disturbing business because I marked the order as not ready 1-2 minutes before walking in to collect as regularly orders are never ready on the spot for collection upon arrival. Please hire A better trained person to deal with discrepancies with service providers because that can not be how you train your managers to deal conflict in the workplace. Pathetic service from Ayanda the cashier says the name tag but the name in the receipt is Nonkhithiko, came to the store to order and she told me she doesn't have change, I was in a rush I told her to place an order and she told me she did, so I went to get change came back after 10mins to collect, my order wasn't ready, I waited for another 10mins for my order after that she said to a customer call you call that man who don't understand Zulu to collect his order.
