There is no consistency with their service. The staff tend to stand around and chat .The chicken I got the 1st time didn't look too appetising or saucy. You could taste that it was fresh though and didn't have that boiled then basted taste you sometimes get at some branches. The churros were the BEST churros I've ever gotten from a nandos ever. It was so fresh, the outside was crispy and coated well with sugar with and cinnamon and the inside was soft and warm , it definitely hit the spot. I received it hot and decadent even though a was a few minutes late to fetch my order. They have since had no stock of churros. The pita... had good portions of chicken cutlets, however they weren't cooked evenly , most were tough and chewy, the pita bread itself was also chewy. It was layered with all the veggies at the bottom and the chicken at the top, so when you bite in the 1st half of your meal is overwhelmed with only chicken and the latter half only veg... store wasnt even busy at the time so cant really see a reason why the atuff wasnt cooked enough. The cashier taking our order could not even stand up straight or open her eyes when we spoke to her. We tried to order and she actually DISCOURAGED us to order because there was a waiting time. When asked about the waiting time, she was visibly irritated that she had to move. She just stared at everyone standing with their folded arms, they were doing nothing but chatting. I decided to just walk out. I was stopped by the delivery driver, who ensured me that if I ordered online, he will have it on my doorstep in no time. Which I actually did.
