Our recent experience was quite disappointing. When we went to place our order, the staff member assisting us, Nomthandazo, came across as rather rude. We asked a simple question about our order, and she got very irritated for no reason. as customers we are allowed to ask questions about our order as we are not familiar with it and on top of that when we sat at the table she just took the dirty plates from the table she didn't even bother to wipe the table and leave the sauces she took the sauces away to another table ,we ended up wiping the tables ourselves and when we received our food also she gave it to us in takeaway despite seeing us sitting at the table and it made us very upset when we saw her treating other customers differently she served them better and in glass plates We also asked her to bring us plates but she took sooo long that we didn't even need it,we were already half way done with our food 😒 As customers we deserve respect and not to be treated badly for no reason at all We would have not minded going there again as we had no problem with the food it was the server who really treated us badly that really upset us. we won't be recommending anyone to go there if the customer service is...

After ordering, we sat down, but our table hadn’t been cleaned from the previous person they only cleared the plates — we had to wipe it ourselves she also took away the sauces that we supposed to rightfully have . She also served our food in takeaway containers despite seeing us sitting at the table and when we requested glass plates, she took long on purpose to bring them that we no longer needed them. What made it even more disappointing was seeing how she treated the customers who came after us — she was polite and friendly with them, which made us feel singled out and disrespected. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend visiting this place unless they make serious improvements to their customer service. I have given this place quite a few chances and I kept thinking that maybe its because they are still new and they would improve but no it just keeps on getting worse! I went through the drive through to order ribster burger and I was told to park at the back to wait for it… the whole point of a drive through is quick service, all of the times I have went there I always wait for longer than expected except for wacky Wednesdays.
