Absolutely pathetic service. I had to deal with staff who were absolutely rude, arrogant and lazy. I stood there five minutes while the staff member was having a conversation with another staff member than asking me if I want to order. So I said yes and she was too lazy to do the other so she called another staff member to do it. The Steers is well managed and well maintained. It's hard at peak hours to get parking as there is limited space and the parking is on an incline which can be difficult for learner drivers.
