The absolute worst! Probably took us an hour to get our order... trust Me! I'm not being dramatic when I say an hour. My slushy had gone flat and watery; I guess they poured it into the cup earlier while waiting for the length of time to have such basic meals prepped. We had ordered a King Steer meal along with a bbq cheese snack meal. The patties on both burgers were swimming in the sauce and bun, the lettuce inside looked brown, my colleagues was the worst, he had to only eat the patties as we had been starving for too long to go on and wait at another place for food. Extremely poor service called in for a delivery spoke to 2 women who put me on hold I have called over 3 times with no assistance. When we finally spoke to someone they were very unhelpful and spoke extremely rudely over the phone.. It took about 20 mins to place the order and to explain where the address was! They had told us that we must wait 30 to 40 mins for delivery we called back after an hour only to be told that the order will arrive here in 10 to 15 minutes our order has still not arrived 2 hours later.. Very poor management as well with 0 customer service... We deal with customers every day and this is certainly not acceptable!!!! Very disappointed with...

We only always go there on weds for wacky. The quality of the burgers and chips is outstanding, always fresh and deliciously lekker 😁👍 Sometimes a bit of a wait but for what I get it's so so worth it!!

The mangeress there is clearly the right person to be there. She is outstanding in her job.

The only thing about that branch is to maybe change the music up a bit, same music all the time and mostly quite loud but other than that...
