The kind of place, where regulars have their own tables and preferred tables. Friday nights are even busier as there is live music. Now having the same surname as the second part of the company name, does not make me entitled to any special service or prices! Sadly so. Our party enjoyed all the food ordered. My constructive critism is that there is only one small size Cuppachino cup/ mug! This was overcome by being able to order Cuppachinos from the store a couple of meters down the centre. Great to see that businesses can coexist and assist one another in these harsh trading conditions. The steak was cooked as ordered. Other members in the party enjoyed their orders. Being of Irish decent, it would be rude not to consume the local Irish main export beverage. The band was above average and whilst there was rugby on the TV screens, some people still danced. Really good food, awesome atmosphere and helpful, pleasant staff.

First time there to try the Wednesday special and it did not disappoint. The burgers were really good, well cooked with delicious sauces and well selected toppings. The beer was deliciously cold and complimented the burger well.

The 2 burgers come with a single serving of chips and onion rings rather than a serving each, so the slightly hungrier lads might want one double special for themselves.

The dessert was malva pudding, which was a bit on the small side, but it was warm and tasted great with its custard companion!

I love the experience here and the seated booths feel very private and contained but you still feel like you are a part of the atmosphere. Absolutely great staff who are always checking if you need anything. It just feels like a great spot to just sit back and do some work but it's also a great spot to come and enjoy with a few friends. One weekend evening we enjoyed some music and dancing as well so its a great spot to enjoy live music when the band is here so phone ahead if you like. Love this venue and recommend...
