Jordan Ways of Cooking — Restaurant in Langa

Jordan Ways of Cooking does not qualify for single star as far as I am concerned. It boggles my mind why a place such as this would even put themselves up for google reviews. I never want to go back to this place again!!!!!! what a poor service received!! we make efforts to go and support Black businesses but when we receive such poor services it becomes difficult. i went to Jordan ways of cooking and received the coldest and worst reception, it was as if the waiters only serve people they know only and everyone else must just go to hell, when i eventually ordered the order came out wrong, the waiter denied placing the wrong order and did not even apologise or offer to get me the order that i actually placed, the foodd only came about two hours after we had arrived only for it to be the wrong order. I am so disappointed with the service at Jordans. Also the space is not realistic for the amount of people that go in at Jordans, the space is quite small with people on top of each other the flow of people could be managed so much better especially in times such as these. So...

It was the second time visiting this place and got a poor service once more.... my first visit I was given the wrong order and when I told the waiter that this is not my order he forced me to take it... I was so disappointed and angry of how he treated me... Yesterday I went hoping to get a better service, we order drinks and food, we waited for about 40 minutes not receiving anything nor drinks and food, finally our drinks came very hot, asked for a glass so that I would put my drink and ice ontop to make it cold, the waiter said they ran out of glasses.... I whole restaurant, without glasses...few minutes later the waitress came and asked us what food did we order... we told her, then she decided to send a guy to tell us that we can't order meat now because we will wait for another 45 minutes ontop of the 40 minutes we waited.. and he told us to rather order pizza or burgers... i mean we went here for the meat... very bad service I must say... we left without eating and had to drink hot alcohol. Second and last time coming here...very...

If you ever told me I could go to Langa and eat the best vegan meal I have ever tasted in my life I would believe it- after today! JWC was a master stroke. It ticked all the boxes of our 5 man party- meatloves loving the insanely large stacked and flavoursome burgers and the famous kebabs. Me and my friend- usually mocked for our vegan tastes were treated liked kings to the MANY off mena vegan options. My friend went with the Vegan Burger- which by the way was just as HUGE as the stacked burger- avocado and all! I personally am a big samp and beans, chakalaka and pap girl so I went for a combo of all the sides. The food was AMAZING! The service was lit- Nicky (sorry for the spelling) was so kind and took a million pictures of us and was very patient with our very complicated order. I absolutely loved my experience here! Will be back soon!!...
