Fire Café & Gin Lounge — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

The margerita pizza was super tasty, thin, and soft. I loved it. The salmon tartare was okay; I was expecting the European-style one; this one is more likely to be sashimi, and they gave slices of ginger and wasabi, as in sushi.

I've tried my friend's order, which was creamy Chicken Liver. Whoa,  that was good! Very creamy and a bit spicy. Yum yum ❤️‍🔥

The place was okay, just a bit too dim inside, I guess, even though it was in the daytime. And it seems that in all seating areas, they are allowing you to smoke.

I was ordering more pizza for takeout, and the waitress said it was ready while handling the bill. But she didn't bring it to us. And we ended up forgetting to fetch the pizzas since we got distracted by something else in between. 😢 and we were talking in the parking lot for like 10 minutes. and it was pretty far for us to come back...

Not great, maybe was an off day but this had the feel of the local watering hole and definitely not what we expected seeing the reviews. Food took a long time to arrive, people smoking inside despite very clear no smoking signage. Ordered calamari tubes and got calamari steak which was inedible. If you're looking for a local boozer with some pub grub, then maybe this is the place to visit, but definitely not a place o would recommend for...

The restaurant offers a wide variety to choose from both food and beverages. The sushi was delicious, very happy that vegetarian options are included in the menu. Only major let down is that none of the staff wear masks. We sat outside to limit exposure and had to wear our masks more than usual at a restaurant setting.
