KFC Brits (Boxer Store) — Restaurant in Madibeng Local Municipality

What is the use of ticket system if you’re not gonna use it. Why must we order using a machine that doesn’t print receipts and stand a long Q to get the receipt, after that you go sit and wait for your order to be called or appear on the screen for collection 40 minutes passes nothing happens and you are told that you were supposed to stand onother Q for your food to be prepared not for collection to be prepared what is that? Bad service and bad attitude from stuff you need to improve you can do better . What is the use of tickets and that screen that shows order numbers if you supposed to stand a Q for you to get your food if you don’t then you not getting your food that’s rubbish gathering at collection desk for your food to get prepared...

I was really disturbed by the fact that the staff manipulated the ticketing system and had people queueing like they are queueing for free food. If they used the ticketing system there wasn't gonna be a gathering at the collection desk. I suggested this and they refused me to speak to a manager. If your staff don't know the reason why there is a ticketing system you should educate your staff coz clearly they are just going as they please. I hope this get to who ever owns this franchise because we are not queuing...

Long cue but at least the is multiple tables to enjoy your food whether inside or outside and there's stairs where you can eat upstairs in peace. And the till operators or waiters or whatever are unbelievable polite, maybe it's because I was served by a man instead of a female 🤔.
