Great place, good food. Want to just mention a few things why such a great place cant get a 5 star rating it deserves. 1-We have been there a few times and enjoyed great food, but with our recent visit we had an event menu, which was a disaster. Feels like paying for first class but getting 3rd class food, the portions are so small.... we did receive better quality for money on normal occasions. 2-Having inexperienced waiters in such busy times is not that good of an idea. We have been ignored when coming in, forced to serve us, the girl take 45 minutes to bring us a drink, brings the food and 10 minutes later we received knives and forks... getting the wrong drinks after having to wait forever for it, makes you want to lose it all. 3-Coming to the point that an inexperienced waiter cant man-up for the mess she's making, there are a lot of people having managers tags on but no one is anywhere to be found, and another waiter needs to sort out the mess and help restore some kind of peace and still no manager came to hear us out? After work, we came here for a quick lunch. Both me and my coleague ordered exactly the same, steak, egg and chips. I asked for medium rare and my coleague asked for medium. My steak came looking very presentable, and was a nice medium rare steak, however, it was a little chewy. My coleagues steak came well done instead of medium. He's came with a salad but mine had no salad. It seemed a little unfair that some plates are packed differently. It didn't bother much, but it is something they should look at. We had my wife's birthday celebration at the restaurant today. We were so exited to test the place and what an absolute disaster!!!!!!! We were initially two families and after an hour only us. It took just less than two hours to bring our meals. The order was incorrest and some meals did not had any chips. The last two meals, including my 8 year old daughter's, were brought when the others finished theirs. It was absolitely pathetic and a complete let down for a birthday celebration.
