Usually have a great experience here. I'm here atleast once a week because of the friendliness, cleanliness and halaal offering. However, the lady that assisted me today made a mistake and I told her before I paid. When the order arrived I told her there's something missing and she was quite dismissive about it said I need to pay for it. I told her that I spoke to her at the till and she said she didn't hear when she did acknowledge me at the till.

I got my refund because I returned the food as I didn't touch my order but I'm still so disappointed with the service. All they could do was rectify it and I think the thing that put me off most is that the staff messed up not the customer and the manager did not rectify it and they made me feel like I'm at fault.

I had to explain myself to a different waiter and then the waiter called the manager and I had to explain again. Even though they knew the situation because I heard my waiter speak about it to them. Even the manager knows I'm a regular customer. So I was even more disappointed when she did not come to rectify it.

Disgusting Uber eats delivery ,

I always purchase large orders from M&B Maitland . This is the second time they refuse to follow simple instructions for my order .

The first time around I received dry and bland tasting food which was embarrassing as I purchased for my entire team at work for breakfast .

Second terrible order , giving me white bread instead of brown, I asked for soft eggs I got hard eggs , no seasoning at all . I asked for spicy on the sandwiches I received onions and tomato’s in a container as the “chilli”

What is the point of instructions when it can’t be followed , I’m paying for a service I expect it to be proper and M&B is not your cheap average Joe. Trying to get hold of the store is a complete nightmare , I won’t ever order from them...

Staff was friendly and food lovely. However, when ordering a standard size plain croissant of R52 (not even extra large), they wanted to charge me R5 for Butter, R5 for Jam, and R22 for Normal Cheese and I still needed to add my beverage. Craziness... I then decided to change my order to a muffin cos there's no way im going to pay R84 for a croissant and the necessary accompaniments. They gave me what I requested but couldn't change it on the system because then they would be questioned for possible stealing if it shows the order is...
