If I could give minus stars I would. Waited 50 minutes for an order I had to remind them twice about. It doesn't seem like your numbering system is actually in effect or your covid guidelines. I spent enough time waiting for food to realise your " wash hand frequently" which your staff allegedly do is non-existent[if you cant follow this atleast let them wear gloves while preparing the food]. I'm sure as it seems your management cant handle complaints constructively maybe I should just leave a link to the heath department. What's really funny is that the customers wait so long we started playing a game called "whose order can it be" I'll give you a clue in 20minues it all belonged to the drive- through. On 23rd December at around 8:50pm I ordered and paid for cheesy chips with jalapeño topping,only to find out that there was no jalapeño. I made a far trip specifically for jalapeño cheesy chips. I’m not gonna waste any more money (on petrol) in order to sort this out. Appetite and evening ruined. You have lost a loyal customer.
