KFC Orkney — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

I'm writing this review as a disappointed customer today. The cashier who was working on 28th July 2025 at around 17H00 to 17H30,which is about the time I was in the restaurant, failed to communicate that the order would be delayed . After waiting for a while I started asking other customers why we are waiting for long, they proceeded to tell me apparently the meat is delayed in the cooker, but that's the information she picked up as the staff was speaking amongst themselves. I immediately called one of the staff members who was serving orders to enquire further about this "delay." She was so nonchalant, and her attitude was distasteful . I'm afraid to even eat my food because of the way she handed my order to me .Please do better in terms of communicating properly. As a customer, i should be awarded an opportunity to decide whether I'll wait for an order or not . Not everyone has the luxury to wait for chicken for longer than the expected time,especially when you have to...

Wouldn't recommend it at all- especially KFC Orkney, North-West. Terrible service. They charge for food not included in your bags when you get home- time after time. Ice Cream machine never works. Don't have any lettuce every second time around- the other day no buns, received my burger once without a bottom bun. When new specials/products are advertised they can't provide straight away, even though it is already on their advertisement boards outside- excuse: 'haven't received it yet'. The other day no soft drink available with your meal. You need to pay full price for the meal, but no drink, because they don't have any. Unpleasant staff. Slow service....

you as the owner of KFC orkney and head office of KFC I hope you see this message and do something about it or your doors won't last open for long after repeating my order 4 times I still get half of my order this is now the 3rd and final order that's not 100%correct and paid for take note. I phone the store ask to speak to the management to lay my complaint and all the manager can tell me is ag I am sorry askies come back we will fix your order like I said this was the 3rd and final complaint Hello Peter is my next step and I will put a article in the record local newspaper let's see what happens wasting my time and money with you orkney KFC not...
