Wimpy — Restaurant in Mbombela

Ate there on a Saturday. I Love the Breakfast & Coffee at Wimpy - all of them! I must admit that I also know a few staff member; they use to be Students at the college where I was Principal... Am I the only one who feels like the overall Wimpy experience in Nelspruit has gone "up the creek"? The staff is still very friendly. The food is still good, but not great! I have never sat down at a clean table! I always have to wait to be seen... and I am sorry to say - sometimes up to 30 mins (It was also not busy on this Saturday!)... Ilanga Mall is worse! The staff there seems to deliberately "NOT SEE YOU"! I understand that it is not a five star establishment, but the service is even bad for a "fast food joint"! Could the franchise maybe look into...

The change on my order came to R4.20. I was not even offered an excuse for being short changed. The cashier just handed me R4. I know its petty over 20c. But their menu items all work at 10c rounding. Their book keeping must be a nightmare from shorting every client. This is a business. Please make change available. It happened to 4 other people while I was waiting to...

Totally disappointed in the service we received. Waited 10 minutes before a waitress came to get our order. 30 minutes in and no drinks yet. My mother is a diabetic. We came to wimpy so that her sugar levels can stabilize. If I knew we would be waiting so long and my mother would suffer the way she is suffering now we would have gone to another restaurant.
