Arrived just before 8 for a breakfast. Despite there being hardly any customers, the waiters were standing around chatting to each other & we had to seat ourselves. Still no service. Asked a waitress standing close to our table for service. I got dirty looks and the worst attitude. After which she told all the waiters in their language & everyone looked at us. Elsa goes the extra mile. Yesterday she walked with me into Spar to find the frozen yoghurt my wife wanted, after allowing me to call my wife on her phone to make sure I was getting the right one.
