Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

I bought a cheesy beef pizza. The name says it all...."cheesy", but I was advised to purchase extra cheese. Given the young cashier was charismatic and taking every opportunity to upset, I bought the extra cheese, advertised @ R11.95 on the counter display menu. On arriving home, I was disappointed that the cheesy beef pizza really was not cheesy at all. I was charged R15.95 for the extra cheese...not what was advertised. Also little to no flavour. Mass produced and the extra cheese was evidently not added, rendering the "cheesy beef" pizza just an ordinary beef pizza with little cheese. Beef was pretty limited too...couldn't taste the beef, but I could at least see it on the pizza. On the other pizza, I ordered fresh tomatoe as an extra. Really...could barely notice it. This is my local Debonairs and I'd thought I'd try it.....first time. Really long wait at just under an hour. Sadly, I now understand why the competition in the area is always so very busy. Terrible delivery service. Don't order from here if you're hungry. Every single time I make an order from here 1 of 2 things happens:

The order is lost in the space-time continuum between the call centre, the store manager and driver. The order never arrives. This is discovered after atleast a 1h45min wait - 1h30min if it's fast.

The order takes so long to arrive that you that you get upset, forget that you're hungry, and then your stomach reminds you that you need some nourishment with hunger pangs!

Debonairs pizza is GREAT. Always has been, always will be. The service delivery offered from debonairs Paardekraal however, is appalling.

Take it from one hungry guy to you - take the drive to collect our own order rather. Spare yourself the agony of not knowing whether you will eat or not....

Received my pizza shortly after I ordered it, that was super fast guys, compliments to the staff!
