Steers Noordheuwel — Restaurant in Mogale City Local Municipality

The staff here at this branch has no customer service skill whatsoever. I am normally patient and will give the person the benefit of the doubt because they are handling my food but here it is another story.

Their till slip was not printing so I was waiting for 10 minutes for them to sort it out. The order could have been put in whilst they were sorting out the printer but.... This was also during peak lunch hour on a long weekend during the festive period. It does not get busier than this but the staff was not ready. They was a dirty counter and tables and chairs unkempt.

This is the third time I visited the store as I live around the corner but I will never buy from this store again even if I have to drive a few km's to another store. The staff have absolutely no customer service at all. I thought let me give them the benefit of the doubt but this will be my last. Sirti g and waiting for my order for over 10 minutes . Completely incompetent. Rude, aggressive staff with NOCovid protocols in place-avoid from a food and safety point of view. Chips were terrible, bitter and tasted of old oil, the cheese boy pack was soggy and cold and the milkshakes were all sour-they tried to overcompensate by putting way to much flavor in and then had to watch the staff have a go at each other and one female member adjust her bra in from of...
