Burger King Merino Mall Ermelo — Restaurant in Msukaligwa

Food is great,orders are always correct...but the service sucks bad!!! The staff runs around like they dont know what they doing...I never go trough the drive thru cause you always have to go around and wait in the parking...so much for drive thru...so I am going inside now...pffffft what a joke,staff look at you like they want to start crying,talk softly and almost always I wait atleast 20min...

Without fear or favour, their food is fresh and great, their service up to par, keeping calm and patience as they take your order while you as a customer are indecisive.

What I most like about the Burger King at Merino Mall is that I haven't seen a gown or pajamas yet, hoping not see them allowed as they are allowed at other restaurants/fast-food establishments...

Usually get everything right. Today went through the drive through, ordered Chilly cheese bites with our meals, got chilly cheese chips instead 🙈 got home, had to order with Mr D now to get the actual stuff we wanted, and now have something that we won't eat and...
