McDonald's Paledi Mall — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

I went to buy breakfast and complete some outstanding work in peace. But the staff in the store have no respect for their customers. They talk so loud about useless things that are not even work related. I went upstairs and to be told to find somewhere else to sit as the lady was cleaning and didn't want to be disturbed. So I went to eat downstairs but the noise was so loud and unbearable to the point I had to put on my earphones. This store seriously needs a change in management and customer service for their staff. Sometimes, after buying breakfast, u will experience a shortage of sugar or given a different flavor than u requested, Or drinking straws. Making drive through there is a stress this days because after placing an order and accepted, your money you will be frustrated at the collection bay told to go and wait few minutes at the parking bay started to be confused it that was a drive through in shop purchase. Lastly upon receiving that very order, u will be given an attitude by the same person by telling u to buy elsewhere when complaining to be late because of their bad service. So Paledi...

Received bad service from the cashier. My order was messed up. Took more than an hour to get . I requested a refund back . The Manager took more than 20 minutes to attend my query. Staff are not friendly and they treat customers like they are doing them a favor.
