I made an order on the self service machine and paid with my card a slip did not come out and the screen said processing, when I showed the people working in store they refused to help me and insisted I wait for the money to be reversed, I waited for 30 mins for this money to reverse and it did not. There's a lady who is apparently not the manager but was in charge she argued with me and said she's not a technician and can't do anything about the situation. I ordered food ,i was dining in and they brought them into the table with no sauces and i went and asked for small cups that i can pour the sauces in and the lady at the till said i should take my tray and go pour the sauces ontop while i’m holding the tray,i mean if i’m dining in there should be small cups that we use to pour the sauces in and unfortunately my food fell off the ground while i was busy adding the sauces..my day...

I had problems with the self-ordering machine but finally got it. The place is great at night since there is no traffic in the shop. Covid-19 protocols were adhered.
