McDonald's Umphakathi Mall Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Randfontein Local Municipality

If i could i would give you a zero star rating Good day to whom may concern On the day of 11/03/2023 myself and my girlfriend went to mcdonalds in randfontein umphakathi mall we said firstly we only wanted a quaterpounder when the lady told me the order at the drive thru window she said double quaterpoubder with cheese and hence i said once again i want a quaterpounder meal large 2 of them i did not feel like strugling with the order so i accepted the wrong order and paid for it (which is more than i intended to pay) than i waited very long for my food so long that i was forced to switch of my car about 3 times eventually when i recieved my food we were both not happy with the quality of the food firstly the fries we got was so dry its like it was old fries which was reheated secondly the burger had too little sauce on it that the burger also was dry now myself and my girldriend have been only eating this types of burgers and this is the first time that something like this has happend i feel paying R197 for food which does not satisfy your taste and is dry in your mouth is not fair as a loyal paying...

First of all we ordered chili cheese fries and received the wrong order as we payed for the sauces separately as they have changed the fries now, we had to return it because they didn't listen what we wanted and then I also order a Caramel ice coffee and a received a hazelnut one that I didn't ordered as I don't like the taste of the hazelnut. It seems like the aren't listening at all about what the clients wants to order. I really hope that this doesn't happen again becomes this is really bad service. I never had a problem with them and this is the first time I've ever had a problem and it's all about the listening skills they don't have and you just have to pay for...

No Mphakati! Being busy doesn't mean that you compromise on quality. First you forgot to add my foldover in the order paid for and we had to drive back to report and fetch. Then you give me the worst foldover that I've ever had in my 48 years on this earth. Brown lettuce, badly slapped together and a lot of mayo that could have been used on 5 foldovers.
