Fishaways — Restaurant in Roodepoort

Placed an order over Uber eats, only to get a phone call 15mins later from the restaurant to say they can't make my order without onions or peppers because it would take them too long and despite stating it is a allergy issue, they just suggested I cancel my order even tho there is a option to remove and customize???? The guys attitude was trashy and rude, they offered no help or alternatives. As a person who also works in the fast food industry, dealing with different clients and requirements can be tiring and tedious, but that's also the job, and unfortunately there's no excuse for being rude to clients or for disregarding orders for being "too much work" I absolutely would not recommend you come to this restaurant if you have dietary needs or are looking for...

Last night I went to Fishaways Goldman Crossing Shopping centre...I bought 1x Squiggly Hake and calamari box for R164.90 and 1x Pop prawn, hake and calamari box for R109.90...The squiggly box consisted of lots and lots of squid heads and not much else but what was even worse was the Pop prawn, hake and calamari box, which wasn't even a box but a packet (false advertising as per their item boards in the shop) the contents of which was shocking considering the price. I asked the lady why does it come in a packet and not in a box and she said she doesn't know. Unfortunately i didn't take a pic of the Squiggly box and only decided to do a review after eating. Had the worst customer experience, lights went out as I paying, my account was debited but the till didn't print my receipt, cashier wrote out a slip and passed it on, however at the collection counter didn't want to give me my order because there wasn't a slip and to top it off my food stood there for almost a 30 minutes they still had the nerve to give my order to another customer who came after me, and to top it all off I had to wait longer just to get my order, manager was not very helpful, very dismissive and theybstillurnt the food on top of it, sure as he'll not...
