KFC Jackal Creek — Restaurant in Roodepoort

I ordered a Zinger burger meal today, 16 April 2023, the burger came with no Colonel sauce, or zinger sauce, it came dry with just the bun, and few strands of lettuce. There was also no tomato, as the burger normally comes with, to top it all off, the chicken burger patty, was also no zinger. I paid R102 and some change for this meal on Uber eats, I really feel cheated, that the main component is a complete flop. And it's not the first time I have issues with this particular kfc, last time I drove my order back from Uber eats so they could fix, keep thinking they will do better next time. They are the worst kfc I have ever experienced. They are really ruining the KFC experience for most of their clients, and it's not nice because spend their hard earned money. This branch must just close off, cause really, there's no point anymore. When they opened I guess we could understand as it was still early days but months later we still experiencing same issues if not worse. Im not sure if you guys understand how a drive-thru operates. One places an order then they tell you to park on the side and say they will bring your food to you (problem number 1). After 30min of waiting, When that food comes, it's either dry or tasteless. If it's not that they only take cash, card machine not working. If its not card machine they don't have burgers there's only meat available, it's really frustrating.
