I am so tired of this place. It's the third time they have messed up my order. The first time they gave me the wrong order then the second time the food to over two hours for delivery. Now the third time yesterday the 20th of August I called in for a delivery again thinking I will give them anither chance big mistake. I called in for the delivery at 16:37. OK this time the food came quick at 17:13. But to my surprise when I unpacked my food, which was a half chicken meal with side of chips I asked for extra source in the half chicken meal there was nothing not even a small amount of source it was dry. OK so I called them back at 17: 15 and asked about the source the manager said he will send the delivery guy with the source. It took another 50 min just to get the source, by that time my chicken was cold and the chips what was I stood do. We all know reheating food in a microwave doesn't taste the same especially chips. Ever tried to reheat cold chips it doesn't taste nice. So there is my story. This franchise has gone to hell ever since it had a new owner. Please don't bother me I will not be giving my details out if u ask me to email u guys I'm done...

I placed a big order with Nando's on the 18/12/2024 at 10:00am this morning. I was told my order would be ready at 10:50, I arrived at Nandos at 12pm and my order was ONLY been submitted then for preparation. I am beyond livid, this was an order for my company, I ordered knowing it would be lunch time and the time it would need for Nandos to prepare my order. There was no apology, I waited another 20-30 mins while my order was being prepared. I absolutely abhor the lack of customer service, and the fact that the manager wants to tell me they only received my order at TWELVE O'CLOCK, and making it my issue!!!!!! I will make sure my company does not order from this Nandos, this is the 2nd time we have placed a big order like this and it's been ridiculous service!!! The entire time I waited, after I spent R1140 in this restaurant- NO ONE came to offer an explanation or apology. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Read moreI would like to take a moment to commend one of your outstanding team members, TK, who works at the Nando’s in Florida (Goldman Crossing).
On both my visits—most recently on 5 November and previously on 2 October—TK has provided exceptional service. I have a specific request for my chicken to be cooked extra well done, just before burnt, and TK not only remembered this preference but executed it perfectly. His attention to detail and pride in his work are truly commendable.
What stood out even more was his professionalism and customer care. He personally brought the food to my table and checked in to ensure it was prepared to my liking. This kind of service, where a staff member takes initiative and creates a feedback loop with the customer, is rare and deserves recognition.
TK is a credit to your brand, and I hope his dedication and commitment are acknowledged...
