I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive & Twist, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, with a stylish interior that blends modern elegance with a relaxed vibe. The restaurant has a fantastic outdoor seating area, perfect for those warm evenings, where you can enjoy your meal while soaking up the surroundings.

The menu offers a wonderful selection of dishes, and I was impressed by the quality of the food. From the appetizers to the mains, everything was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The cocktails were equally impressive, with expertly mixed drinks that were full of flavor.

The service, however, could use a bit of attention. While the staff were friendly, there were a few delays in getting our orders, and it seemed like they were stretched a bit thin. Nevertheless, the experience overall was enjoyable, and the excellent food more than made up for the minor service hiccups.

Great family restaurant for casual dining situated in a forestry surrounding in the North Riding area close to Northgate Dome. They service breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service has been consistently excellent from the first time we visited 4 years ago. Staff well trained, polite, conducted themselves professionally and always greeted you with a warm welcome. Lots of seating from inside seating to a large covered wooden deck area to seating in the garden. They have a dedicated children's play facilities. Great for groups and hosting of parties, which we had a lamb on the spit braai. Currently great specials pasta or pizza on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ R49. Try them you won't be sorry.

Children's play group has been upgraded and new equipment installed. The R49 special prices was a couple of years ago but they still run their specials which are still great. March 2023 Wednesdays 2 pizzas for R165, Thursday pastas 35% off and Sunday breakfast buffet R65 per person. Still a great family restaurant and value for money on special days.

An absolute gem! Such an awesome chilled atmosphere, the staff are welcoming and friendly not to mention the owner who takes the time to not only introduce himself but along with his staff continuously checks all is in order without disturbing. The kids had a fantastic time, there's a lovely play area within your eye view along with a jumping castle too! I loved that the jungle gyms catered for all ages. Everything we ordered was delicious, specifically the sushi freshly made and totally worth the lil wait and unexpectedly very affordable! It's such a Cosy kid friendly restaurant which gave parents the opportunity to relax and have a drink while the kids enjoyed themselves in a safe environment. I definitely recommend this restaurant & venue to anyone, its quite unique and not crowded at all as most family restaurants are. My only suggestion would be to utilize the remaining space around the playground and perhaps add something more for the kids eg:activity station/soft toy area/ or even a make your own pizza station...overall we had a terrific time and will definitely be...
