It was terrible!! After waiting for 30 mins for our order and other customers receiving their orders before hours we complained. It was then obvious that the kitchen had not even started on our order yet. My sister then wanted to cancel the order but the cashier ignored her - as if she didn't exist. After repeating about 5 times that we cannot wait any longer and still being ignored, my sister raised her voice somewhat and told the cashier we want our money back. She looked up, said no sorry, it's coming. Another 5 minutes, our order was ready. It was slapped together and horrible. We couldn't even eat half of it. I was at Steers 2 weeks ago and nobody attended to me. The shop was empty, I was the only one attempting to place a order but the lady was playing on here cell phone and the manager on the other side was looking at me while doing something on the computer and. He also ignored me like his staff member who was suppose to be taking my order. I stood there for over a minute and decided to go next door to Nando's where I was welcomed and attended to swiftly. I place an order after like 5 minutes I received a message saying that the order is canceled and my money is reversed I will get it within 5 to 7 working days for the funds to reflect. I waited for 8 days, I called the manager to complain and he did nothing about that he was rude, with no apologies, he refuse to explain what happened with my money.
