Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

I got there at 7pm and was told my order would be done in 35 minutes or so. I waited patiently and in about 40 minutes went to inquire and was rudely dismissed. At 8pm I tried to inquire for a second time and received that same dismissal.I wasn't even given the option to explain that I had been there for more than an hour. At about 8:30 I was getting frustrated from not even being told, "it'll be ready soon", no reassurance what so ever. Finally they realized that I'm approaching 2hours and have not yet received my order. As the lady in front goes to figure what has happened, she realizes that my order was given to someone else. I feel that they don't take us seriously as their clients, I just got my pizza and it's a disaster I'm disappointed knowing that I should be getting great quality this is unacceptable especially for what I paid for. The sad part is that they can't help me because their line is not working. Rustenburg Mall Debonairs is a place where there is no customer service. I ordered 3 large pizzas and 2x 1,5l of cold drink. They brought 3 large pizza but they they didn't bring the cold drink. I called the restaurant asking them when they'll bring the cold drink.
