Steers — Restaurant in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Extremely poor customer service. We have been waiting more than a hour and a half for a simple order to be deliver (delivery which we paid for) and we are still waiting as I'm writing this review.

We called them to enquire. IT WAS simply stated that they have an shortage of delivery cars. No sullotions provided simply stating that it might still take another hour for our food to be delivered.

I would have accepted it if Steers vredenburg had the decency to call their client and told me that the food will take very long. I whould have arranged to go pick up the food myself.

This now meens our 2 burger meals have been standing there for more than an hour. By the time it gets here it will be immensely dry. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

If you want your food before midnight do not ask for delivery from steers. And if you decide to go into the shop an order your self be sure to double check your order before leaving. As they love to mess up your order aswell.

I have entered steers in vredenburg this morning with old sweat pants, sneakers and a old Jersey, looking very ordinary. I ordered my food and didn't get a friendly service as the customer after me. He was wearing very decent clothes and immediately they went out of their way for this customer. Point being that I got judge based on my physical appearance were quite disappointing. I think all customers should be treated equally never mind their difference in appearance...

The food is standard for the franchise, actually better than some of the other outlet I have visited. Service is friendly and efficient. Only downside is the size of the eating area. It foes get busy at times with four shops in one alley. Take away meals is no problem, but visitors from other areas may find sitting down to enjoy their meals during busy times slightly uncomfortable.
