I've been there 3times. 1st time was good and then the uptake was NOT good at all! 2nd time, ordered my drink and had breakfast. The waiter forgot the added small portion of chips...What a bad experience. 3rd time, again ordered breakfast. Got my drink and breakfast, but NO toast. Had to call the waiter and ask for the toast, got my toast...NO butter. Again, had to ask for butter... I felt it was time to get hold management..I had to explain my dissatisfaction..Management then opt to fix the matter, but also said that they experience issues with the waiter..which in fact has nothing to do with me. Definitely some of the best Eggs Benedict around, especially at the price! The standard breakfast was also very well prepared, mushrooms were very flavourful, eggs were cooked to perfection. Baked cheesecake was really nice as well.

The milkshakes were sadly not as amazing as many reviews here are claiming, they are standard milk and ice cream kind of milkshakes. Nothing bad, but nothing special either.

With my sister's babyshower from planning , costing and on the day the friendly helpful management and staff made it hassle free. Was probably one of the easiest events I've had to arrange because of how efficient they were leading up to our event. The bonus on top of all of that is that we had a fantastic high tea experience with everybody complimenting the delectable cakes and yummy savoury treats.
