Read morePerfect in every way. Bright, sunny Sunday afternoon on the terrace at Topiary Winery. Chef Nash met us at the door & was our experienced, enthusiastic culinary guide for the Surprise Menu. Trained as a sommelier, Nash has worked very hard to combine the complete wine & food experience for his guests. Our lunch began with Saldana Bay oysters. These beauties are delicious on their own but an added dolop of tomato, ginger & cucumber brings out the briney richness. Complemented with a glass of Topiary MCC bubbly...off to a spectacular start.
