2023 Review (2 Stars): I've been a patron of R&R for most of the 5 years I've worked in Technopark, and never had an issue with them. Service has been good, food is excellent, the vibe is great.

From the start of 2023 however, I've seen this shop go backwards, unfortunately: orders are taking longer and longer to fulfil, and are more frequently incorrectly delivered (personally experienced 3 incorrect orders YTD, none in the preceding 4 years). This is on top of a new website which, while visually very pleasing, is an absolute pain to work with (compared to the old). Many a moan and groan has been uttered in the office because of it.

I am concerned around the direction of this shop going forward, as I really enjoy(ed) eating there. I do hope they manage to figure their stuff out before irreparable reputational damage is done.

I have visited Rocco & Riley, located in the heart of Techno Park, numerous times as I always enjoy their coffee and food offerings. Their menu caters to various tastes, and they also have a selection of snacks and soft drinks available if you aren't in the mood for a fuller meal. This time, I decided to try their frozen coffee as it was a warm day in Stellenbosch. Unfortunately, it was a bit underwhelming. While it was refreshing, the taste was on the average side. I have been a big fan of Rocco & Riley in the past few years but I have not had good experiences the past two times I have ordered. The first time I waited 2 hours for my order (which was suppose to be delivered in the same business park) and they delivered to to the wrong order and the second time I waited 1.5 hours (after calling a few times) and they delivered the wrong order. I will not be ordering online at Rocco and Riley again. I really hope they improve their service so that I can keep...
